Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

AmerAir International is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and build of odour control systems for major infrastructure and environmental projects across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and fabrication of odour control units, including GRP vessels, ducting systems, and associated components.

Develop and optimize 2D/3D models and mechanical layouts using SolidWorks.

Generate technical documentation, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and assembly instructions.

Collaborate with the project management and site teams to ensure technical solutions meet project specifications and timelines.

Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and field support as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in mechanical system design or manufacturing.

Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with fabrication drawings and tolerances.

Understanding of materials selection, GRP fabrication, and industrial ventilation is an advantage.

Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
