MEP Site Supervisor

Job Description

Role:
Hands-on site supervisor to control MEP execution and enforce discipline. This is not a design or office role.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise MEP technicians (AC, electrical, plumbing)
• Check on-site MEP work quality and safety
• Enforce 08:00 start time, attendance, and discipline
• Stop unsafe work, incorrect installation, or dangerous driving
• Apply disciplinary actions and report directly to the owner

Requirements:
• MEP / Facilities / Maintenance background
• Strong site experience (no drawings required)
• Experience supervising technicians
• Firm, disciplined, and able to handle confrontation

Authority:
• Stop unsafe/incorrect work
• Enforce rules and suspend staff if needed
• Escalate serious issues to the owner

Probation: 30 days

Note: Not suitable for soft management roles.
