Need Assistant Accountant
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Support the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.

Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of tax documents in compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Help with internal audits and assist with financial reporting for management.

Maintain organized and updated accounting records and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.

Handle petty cash and other day-to-day accounting activities as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
