Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Specialist with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in Dubai’s property market. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of purchasing off-plan properties from leading developers across the city. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from top Dubai developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, and more.
Stay informed about current and upcoming project launches, market trends, and developer offerings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through digital platforms, referrals, and property portals.
Provide clients with detailed investment advice, ROI analysis, and transparent communication throughout the buying process.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up meetings with prospective buyers.
Maintain and update client information using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

At least 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai, ideally in off-plan sales.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and key developers.
RERA certified or willing to complete certification.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and major property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred.
