Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
Manage office supplies and report when stock is low
Run basic errands as needed within the office premises
Requirements:
Previous experience in office assistance or administration is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Fluent in English (basic understanding is acceptable)
