Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant with basic computer skills to join us on a full-time basis.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for various
duties including computer tasks, packaging, and other administrative tasks as required.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Operate various scanning software on the computer
• Work on multiple orders at the same time
• Extract photos from photo albums and place them in the scanner
• Rotate photos and rename folders
• Carefully handle video tapes and video cameras
• Label photos and videos for packaging
• Package and bubble-wrap orders into boxes for shipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently if required
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills; ability to identify and prioritize issues and meet deadlines
