Job Description

Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Outbound Sales Representatives are chatty, outgoing and professional individuals who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This is a role that is made for those who aren’t afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Set appointments or close deals with clients.
Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
Utilise CRM and data entry systems.
Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organisation, effective communication and strong listening skills.
Utilise, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor’s offerings.
