We are hiring FREELANCE outdoor sales agents for Fixalaan Facilities Management.

Commission-only job. No basic salary. No visa provided.

REQUIREMENTS

You must already have one of the below visas:
• Family visa
• Spouse visa
• Own visa
• Company visa with NOC
• Tourist visa considered (case by case)

WORK DETAILS (Very Simple Work)

• Visit buildings, villas, residential areas
• Speak to watchmen / security / tenants
• Promote Fixalaan services:
– Move-in / Move-out cleaning
– Painting
– Wall hole repair
– Deep cleaning
– AC cleaning
– Maintenance jobs
• Collect customer details + photos
• Send job to Fixalaan WhatsApp format
• Customer says “Yes” → You get commission

• Paid PER confirmed customer
• Payment released after job is completed
• You can earn every day
• No limits on earnings
Active agents make 3,000–6,000 AED / month easily
