Hiring: Personal Assistant / Real Estate Admin (English & Arabic Speaker)
Location: Dubai
I’m looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant / Admin to support my work in Dubai’s luxury off-plan real estate market. The ideal candidate will manage daily admin tasks, client coordination, and assist with social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM, client follow-ups, and scheduling
• Coordinate with developers for project updates, brochures, and pricing
• Prepare booking forms, EOIs, and handle document flow
• Support Instagram & LinkedIn: schedule posts, basic content handling, reply to inquiries
• Track market updates and assist in daily operations

Requirements:
• Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Strong organizational skills and CRM knowledge
• Familiar with Instagram & LinkedIn management
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
