Job Title: Personal Secretary to the General Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
XO VIP Airlines is seeking an elegant, highly organized, and discreet Personal Secretary to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and executive responsibilities. This dynamic role combines administrative support with occasional hostess duties, including attending high-profile events and maintaining XO’s image of luxury and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
Coordinate internal communications, follow-ups, and deadlines on behalf of the GM.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and ensure the GM is briefed ahead of all engagements.
Provide on-site and virtual support for key events, including VIP client interactions and corporate functions.
Occasionally serve as a hostess for airline-sponsored events, maintaining the brand’s upscale image.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners professionally and courteously.
Handle ad hoc tasks and personal errands for the General Manager when required.
Maintain a polished, presentable, and service-oriented demeanor at all times.
