Piling Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Piling Project Manager to lead and manage multiple piling projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in deep foundation works and a proven track record in managing piling subcontractor operations from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee piling projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams
• Plan project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Ensure all works are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and rig teams effectively
• Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, and documentation
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in piling, including at least 3 years in a project management role
• Strong knowledge of rotary and piling methods
• Proven experience working with piling subcontractors in the UAE or GCC
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Familiar with project planning tools and software
