Responsibilities:
• Handle and track all applications on e-government sites and ministries, including, but not limited to, Employment procedures, visas, dependent visas, trade licenses, a variety of registration procedures, cancellations, renewals, bill payments, and other routine measures.
• Represent the company at locations such as police stations, free zones, ministries, labor departments, immigration, etc.
• Good relations with government entities, i.e., Labour, Immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Land Department, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Economy Dept.
• Be vigilant to capture and record any new changes and updates in legal procedures
• Update and maintain employee records in both hard copy and soft copy formats.
• Handle all confidential information like salaries and documents like passports, certificates, etc.
• Handling MOL Complaints and Immigration issues.
• Committed and delivery-oriented.
• Responsible for administering the following to Employees and Dependents liaising with local UAE govt ministries
• Obtain new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees.
• Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents.
• Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
• Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE govt. Authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
• Track and manage all government-related paperwork, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist clients in medical tests and EID applications.
• Register companies and obtain additional permits from the relevant authorities
• Facilitate complex medical / police procedures in the event of the death of any employee or next of kin.
• Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors
• Manage end-to-end visa processing for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
• Calculate and process final settlements adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Administer and facilitate the End of Service processes in collaboration with Finance.
• Well-versed in UAE Labor Law.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Any Graduate or Equivalent Degree.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent Arabic & English Speaker.
• Expertise using government systems (mobile applications).
• Knowledge of government laws and regulations.
• UAE Experience is a must and preferred working in Dubai.
