Your Role

Engage, qualify, and convert company-provided and self-generated leads.
Manage your client portfolio professionally, ensuring every opportunity is maximized.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings confidently.
Maintain daily CRM updates — transparency and consistency matter here.
Uphold the Arbore brand promise through knowledge, integrity, and exceptional service.
Who You Are

1-2+ years of successful UAE real estate experience is MUST.
A closer — self-driven, hungry, and results-oriented.
Strong communicator and negotiator with excellent market awareness.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi) are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license preferred; RERA broker card a bonus.
Comfortable with a commission-only model — because you know your value and want to earn what you deserve.
