QUALITY CONTROL

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control to join our team that will be based in Ajman. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control within the cosmetics or personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and internal quality specifications
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare quality reports
• Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to address quality issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of QA/QC protocols
• Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Investigate and resolve non-conformance or customer complaints
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar QC role within a cosmetics or personal care manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, MOHAP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in using laboratory testing instruments and software
