Key Responsibilities:
Manage listings, client records, and CRM systems.
Coordinate appointments and property showings.
Handle calls, emails, and client communication.
Assist with contracts, lease agreements, and related documents.
Maintain office organization and inventory of supplies.
Prepare reports, updates, and marketing materials.
Support marketing campaigns, social media, and promotions.
Collaborate with brokers, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation is a plus.
