Job Description
FITSON REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our dynamic Real estate team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role, ideal for those passionate about real estate and motivated by results.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, providing investment advice to clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Actively prospect and acquire new clients interested in Dubai real estate investments
– Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers
– Build and maintain client relationships
– Negotiate property prices and terms
– Collaborate with Developers and other Real estate professionals
– Stay updated on market trends and pricing in Dubai’s real estate sector
Requirements:
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
– At least 6 months real estate experience
– RERA Certified and Driving license will be a plus
– Sales-driven and motivated by commission
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Real estate knowledge or experience preferred, but not required
– Willingness to work flexible hours and attend client meetings and property tours
