About the Role:

A I X Realty is looking for passionate and result-driven Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for handling Off-Plan projects, Secondary (Ready) properties, and Rental deals across Dubai. The role is commission-based, with basic allowance/facilities provided.

We welcome both experienced agents and motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in Dubai’s vibrant real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into clients

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements

Handle property listings, client meetings, and site visits

Negotiate deals and close sales/rentals efficiently

Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients

Coordinate with the admin team for documentation and deal registration

Stay updated with current market trends, project launches, and regulations

For Off-Plan Agents:

Create and share engaging content on social media (property reels, tours, updates)

Maintain a strong online presence to attract buyers and investors

Ideal Candidate:

Based in Dubai, with knowledge of the local real estate market

Experience in real estate sales or rentals is preferred (not mandatory)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident with social media content creation (for off-plan agents)
