Real Estate Agent – Sales & Leasing (Palm Jumeirah Office)

We are expanding our Palm Jumeirah office and are looking for driven and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced agents and motivated individuals who want to build a long term career in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle company provided leads and generate personal business

List, market and promote properties across sales, leasing and off plan

Conduct viewings and negotiate deals with buyers, tenants and investors

Build long term relationships with clients and developers

Provide professional market advice and updates

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow RERA guidelines

Achieve clear monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

Dubai real estate experience preferred but not essential

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self motivated, disciplined and target driven

Ability to work independently and within a team

Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred

RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain

What We Offer

Up to 70% commission

Higher commission splits on personal leads

For off plan agents: 2 fresh leads provided daily
