Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with a strong focus on off-plan developments and luxury properties across Dubai. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive base salary and an attractive commission structure, designed to reward performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and actively prospect for buyers and investors through networking, cold calling and emailing.
• Promote and sell both off-plan and ready properties from top developers across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Stay updated with current real estate trends, regulations, and project launches.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales Minimum 1 year(Dubai market experience preferred).
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan properties.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are a plus).
