Tuscany House Real Estate is seeking a Sales Head to lead, inspire, and grow our sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents.

Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and execute strategies to expand market share.

Oversee daily operations of the sales department.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (leadership role preferred)

Strong knowledge of Dubai property market

Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills

RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Valid UAE driving license & own car
