Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls daily using high-quality leads provided by the company

Qualify leads and convert them into property viewings

Schedule and escort clients to property showings

Present property features confidently and answer client questions

Follow up with prospects and maintain detailed communication records

Provide feedback to the team to improve conversion strategies

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate or sales (cold calling experience is a strong advantage)

Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

Must be based in Dubai and familiar with the real estate market

Own car and valid UAE driving license required

RERA card is a plus (or willing to get certified)

Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
