We are hiring a Receptionist / Front Desk staff to manage front desk duties and provide a welcoming experience for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should be presentable, polite, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide basic administrative support to the office
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Presentable and friendly personality
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus
