Job Description

We are currently hiring a Receptionist / Front Desk staff member for our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. This role requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Answer phone calls, emails, and handle guest inquiries

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Manage reservations, room assignments, and booking modifications

Process payments and issue invoices or receipts

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in the hospitality industry is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office applications

Well-groomed, professional appearance and courteous attitude

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
