We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front office duties, greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Maintain visitor records and office files
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Presentable and well-organized
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
