Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk staff to manage customer inquiries and basic office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages
Keep the front desk area clean
Manage appointments and visitor records
Handle basic admin work (filing, printing, scanning)
Support customers and staff when needed
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Presentable and polite
Experience is an advantage, but not required
