Retail Merchandiser

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to ensure our products are well-presented, properly stocked, and promoted across assigned retail outlets. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license, be mobile across locations, and be below 35 years of age.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail stores according to the daily/weekly route plan
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and attractive shelf displays
Maintain stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations
Implement planograms, promotions, and brand guidelines accurately
Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock (FIFO)
Coordinate with store staff and supervisors to improve sales performance
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing information
Submit daily visit reports, sales feedback, and merchandising updates
Ensure cleanliness and organization of display areas

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Age below 35 years
Previous experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
Good knowledge of merchandising standards and retail operations
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to handle merchandising tasks
Basic English communication skills
