We are looking for driven Retention Executives who thrive under pressure, understand the Forex market, and know how to protect revenue and grow client value.

The Challenge

Manage high-value Forex clients and prevent churn
Retain, upsell, and maximize lifetime value of active traders
Handle objections, market volatility concerns & client pressure
Deliver results in a target-driven, fast-paced trading environment
Own your numbers and outperform retention targets

Who Can Apply
✅ English & Hindi – Mandatory
✅ Additional languages (Arabic / Tamil / Malayalam /Kannada) are a strong plus
✅ Proven Forex retention or Forex sales experience required
✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion & relationship-management skills
✅ Immediate joiners & Own visa preferred
