Job Title: Sales Executive (Car Rental) — Russian & English required (female candidates preferred)

Location: Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai
Schedule: Full-time, 18:00–03:00 (1-hour break), shift/weekend rotation
Employment: Full Time

ABOUT US
We provide car rentals (economy/business/luxury/sports), chauffeur transfers, international driving permits, yacht rentals, catering, group & individual tours, theme-park tickets and more.
We operate in Bitrix24 integrated with WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Facebook/Instagram Direct, VK, Google, Jivo, Callgear (PBX), and Yandex Mail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Respond to inbound messages and calls from clients/agents/partners within 5–10 minutes and deliver top-tier service.
• Convert leads into bookings; upsell insurance, delivery and add-ons.
• Create/manage orders in Bitrix24 CRM; check fleet availability; coordinate drivers (delivery/collection, cash handling).
• Verify documents (passport/visa/DL/IDP), manage deposits; issue invoices/contracts; accept payments (POS/cash/payment link).
• Proactively grow the pipeline via calls/messages/meetings with clients and partners.
• Resolve issues/force-majeure quickly while maintaining polite, brand-level communication.
• Keep CRM clean, produce daily/weekly sales reports, meet monthly KPIs.
• Take regular training to improve performance.

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent Russian and English (written & spoken) — required.
• 1+ year in Sales/Reservations/Customer Support (car rental/travel/hospitality preferred).
• Confident phone/WhatsApp etiquette, fast typing; Bitrix24/CRM user; basic Excel & Word.
• Presentable and compliant with business dress code.
• Currently in the UAE; ready to work evening/night shifts. UAE driving license is a plus.
