Sales Focus: Achieve monthly targets through consultative selling, strategic upselling (larger sizes), and cross-selling complementary products such as body lotions and oils.

Product Expertise: Serve as the brand’s “nose,” confidently explaining top, heart, and base notes, fragrance profiles, and longevity to guide customer choices.

Operations: Oversee inventory control, maintain premium visual merchandising standards, and manage POS transactions accurately.

Customer Retention: Develop and manage a client book by recording customer preferences in a CRM and proactively informing loyal clients about new launches and promotions.

B2B / Export (Corporate Roles): Drive distributor acquisition and manage international wholesale and retail accounts.

Key Skills: Persuasive communication, sensory storytelling, luxury presentation and grooming, and multilingual abilities (English and Arabic preferred; additional languages are an advantage).
