Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in Dubai’s vibrant Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), retail, and wholesale sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through active prospecting and daily field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including key players in the HORECA and retail channels.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales deals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry within Dubai or the UAE.
A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai F&B market, including key customers and industry trends.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
