We are seeking a well-spoken and motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, securing donations or sales, and delivering a professional and positive experience throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a sincere interest in meeting customer needs while representing our brand with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script and persuasive communication techniques.

Present products and services in a clear, confident, and respectful manner.

Engage customers through effective questioning and active listening to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and new offerings.

Answer customer inquiries politely and professionally.

Record customer information, feedback, payment methods, and purchases in the system accurately and promptly.

Suggest improvements to products, services, or processes based on customer feedback.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.
