Location: Dubai, UAE

Xingyi Middle East, a leading manufacturer and supplier of floor grinding & surface preparation machinery, is looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong customer relationships across the UAE construction & industrial sectors
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Conduct product demonstrations at client sites and in-office
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals
Follow up on deliveries and payment collections
Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
Coordinate with operations, accounts, and service teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth

🔹 Mandatory Requirements
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
2–3 years UAE sales experience
Experience in construction / industrial / equipment sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Dynamic, self-driven personality with a target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently
