Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone, presenting our products or services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with the sales and support teams as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems are a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
