Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our fit-out and renovation business. The role involves generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable projects across commercial and residential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, renovation, and interior works
Conduct outdoor sales activities including client visits, site visits, and meetings with consultants, contractors, and developers
Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions
Follow up on leads, quotations, and tenders to close deals
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Track sales activities and maintain an updated CRM or sales report
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales within fit-out, renovation, construction, or interior design industry
Strong understanding of fit-out scopes, materials, and project workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
The ability to read basic drawings and understand BOQs is an advantage
