We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and results-driven Sales Lady to join our team at our newly opened car showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s car models, specifications, and pricing
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles accordingly
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and functionalities
• Handle the full sales process from inquiry to closing, including documentation
• Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Ensure the showroom is tidy, welcoming, and reflective of brand standards
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet company objectives

Requirements
• Female candidates only, as per showroom staffing requirements
• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
