Job Description
We’re looking for sales executives who are highly organized, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and can take a leading role within our organization. The primary responsibility will be to elevate the company to a higher volume of sales through proper and motivating management of the sales department. Must have experience and contacts in this industry to be considered valuable Drive B2B sales and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities: –
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, ensuring their needs are met through personalized service and support.
• Provide training and assistance to partners on ticketing processes and industry best practices, enhancing their operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on travel regulations and market trends to advise.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market is a plus.
