Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, oversee operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local real estate markets, excellent team management skills, and the ability to leverage market insights to maximize sales performance.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends and business goals.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the secondary real estate Mainland and Freehold market, including residential and villa communities.
Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Support the team in client acquisition, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for the sales team.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and high morale.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or senior sales role.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and pricing trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate listing platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
