We’re a fast-growing trading company specializing in premium lubricants and engine oils, serving both local and international markets. Based in DMCC Free Zone, we combine technical excellence with bold market strategies—and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can match our ambition.

Your Mission:
Lead the charge in expanding our market footprint. You’ll be the face of our brand, driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new revenue streams across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies
– Identify and onboard new clients: garages, distributors, industrial buyers
– Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
– Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
– Collaborate with marketing on product launches and campaigns
– Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
– Ensure compliance with Free Zone and UAE trade regulations

What You Bring:
– 5 years and above of proven sales experience in lubricants, engines oil , or industrial products
– Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
– Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
– Valid UAE driving license
