Job Description

1.⁠ ⁠Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Forecast demand and align inventory with market demand and promotional activity.

2.⁠ ⁠Team Management & Training
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, including sales consultants and executives.
• Set individual targets and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Conduct regular coaching and sales training sessions to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and closing rates.

3.⁠ ⁠Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure high standards of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints effectively and professionally.
• Oversee follow-up systems to retain customers and generate repeat/referral business.

4.⁠ ⁠Showroom Operations
• Ensure showroom readiness, proper vehicle display, cleanliness, and customer-facing materials are in place.
• Work closely with the Showroom Manager to optimize showroom experience and traffic handling.
• Monitor and support test drives, demonstrations, and customer walk-in handling.

5.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, lead generation, and events.
• Work closely with the finance and insurance team to maximize value-added product sales (e.g., extended warranties, insurance, etc.).

6.⁠ ⁠Inventory Management
• Coordinate with the procurement or stock controller on vehicle ordering, allocation, and stock rotation.
• Ensure aged inventory is actively promoted and cleared within acceptable holding periods.

7.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to all dealership policies and UAE automotive regulations.
