We are seeking a professional and fashion-savvy Abaya Sales Lady to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only assist online enquiries but also provide personalized home services, offering a convenient and exclusive shopping experience for clients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct home service visits to showcase new collections, take measurements, and deliver custom or ready-made abayas.
– Provide expert styling advice and ensure customer satisfaction with fittings and selections.
– Maintain product displays, ensure the items are clean and well-organized.
– Handle sales transactions accurately and manage cash/card payments.
– Follow up with clients on special orders, tailoring, or delivery schedules.
– Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
– Keep track of customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (experience in abaya or modest fashion preferred).
– Ability to provide excellent customer service both in-store and during home visits.
– Presentable, well-mannered, and trustworthy — able to represent the brand professionally at clients’ homes.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic math and computer skills for handling sales records.
– Fluency in English
