Job Description
A Reputed company specialized in manufacturing of Non woven bags is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented “Sales Representative” to join our growing team for outdoor work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
Experience: 2-5 Years (Inside UAE and Live in UAE) Education: Graduation
Nationality and Gender: Any Languages: English preferable, Arabic is a plus.
Driving License: Compulsory, Car is a plus.
Monthly Salary: Market Competitive plus Commission
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Provide an exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
