Responsibilities:

Attract customers through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms

Create engaging photo/video content for social media

Attend walk-in customers and provide expert product guidance

Maintain and update product listings

Respond to WhatsApp, calls, and DMs professionally

Keep up-to-date with latest laptop models, specs, and trends

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of laptops, brands, specs, and comparisons

Experience in retail sales and customer service

Hands-on with content creation and basic editing (reels, stories, posts)

Good communication in English, Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus)

Confident, motivated, and target-driven
