Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive who genuinely loves sales, thrives on customer contact, and takes pride in building long-term relationships.

This is not a passive order-taking role. You are the face of our company to our customers: proactive, reliable, commercial, and service-oriented. You enjoy closing deals, growing accounts, and making customers feel supported every single week.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth
Actively manage and grow an international customer portfolio
Increase sales volumes through upselling, cross-selling, and smart planning
Identify new customers and develop new markets
Follow up on leads, quotations, and opportunities without being reminded
Negotiate prices and volumes within agreed commercial frameworks

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Be the main point of contact for customers: responsive, reliable, and solution-oriented
Understand customer needs and buying patterns
Build trust through consistency, honesty, and strong communication
Proactively inform customers about availability, pricing, and seasonal changes
Handle questions, issues, or complaints professionally and calmly
Coordinate closely with logistics, farms, and operations teams
Ensure correct order processing, confirmations, and follow-ups
Monitor shipments and proactively communicate in case of changes or challenges
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM / systems

Market & Product Knowledge

Develop strong knowledge of flower varieties, quality grades, and seasons
Understand market trends, demand patterns, and customer preferences
Share market feedback internally to improve planning and strategy

Experience & Skills

2–5+ years experience in sales or account management
Experience in flowers, fresh produce, logistics, or FMCG is a strong plus
Strong commercial mindset
Excellent communication skills (English required; other languages are a plus)
Comfortable working with international customers and time zones
Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
