Job Description
We’re hiring a **Sales Team Supervisor (Telesales Focused)** based in **Dubai, United Arab Emirates**. A reputable company in the fields of **Business Setup, Tourism, and Residency Services** is seeking a professional and experienced sales leader to manage and grow its telesales operations.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in business setup, tourism, or residency services
* At least 3 years of residence in the UAE (mandatory)
* Proficiency in telesales, face-to-face, and online sales techniques
* Fluent in English and Arabic (knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of DED and Free Zone business setup processes
* Experience in leading, training, and evaluating sales teams
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead, train, and manage the telesales team to meet and exceed KPIs
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
* Set and monitor individual and team performance metrics
* Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Handle customer objections and negotiations with professionalism
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align efforts
* Analyze market trends and report on sales performance
* Contribute to process improvement and customer experience enhancement
**Skills:**
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Effective conflict resolution and team-building abilities
* Deep understanding of UAE market and business culture
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Fixed salary between AED 8,000 to 10,000 (based on experience)
* Daily cash commission structure
* Employment visa provided by the company
