Job Description
A secretary is the backbone for any office, multi-tasking and managing various responsibilities including maintaining a logical organisation system from the current long term PA who will be handing over to the successful applicant. MS Word, Excel, managing phone calls & emails. Suitable candidates would be a lady who is punctual, can speak, read & write self correspondence in excellent English as well as having the Indian language for the many tel calls.
Someone with several years UAE experience & who has a grown up family is an advantage.
A driving license is another advantage but not compulsory. The ggico metro line is close to our office.
We can consider part time or a full time position.
