Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Secretary to provide vital administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, clerical duties, email communication, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks. A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings

Handle email communication professionally and promptly

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Follow up on pending tasks, communications, and assignments to ensure timely completion

Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts as needed

Maintain an organized filing system for electronic and paper documents

Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills – fluent in both written and spoken English

Proven ability to follow up consistently and effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer usage

High attention to detail and ability to multitask
