About Us:

We are a leading fine jewellery manufacturing company specializing in 18K gold and diamond pieces, catering to high-end clients and international retailers. With decades of expertise and a strong presence in the luxury market, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team and support our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and inventory costing
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with UAE accounting regulations
• Ensure accurate tracking of gold and diamond inventory, including daily reconciliation with production and sales
• Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS), making charges, and wastage accounting specific to jewelry manufacturing
• Handle supplier and customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit notes
• Assist in external audits and maintain compliance with local tax and VAT regulations
• Coordinate with factory management and sales team for financial alignment and stock reporting
• Manage software-based financial entries using Suntech or WinGold ERP systems

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a jewellery factory or trading environment
• Proficiency in Suntech or WinGold software is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and production-based financials
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and experience preparing VAT returns
• High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential data professionally
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
