Senior Architect
We are looking to Hire a Senior Architect for our Engineering Consultant company in Dubai

Mandatory Requirements ( An Eligible candidate must have)
· Bachelor Degree in Architecture
· UAE Driving License
· DM Architect G+4 (Must)
. Dubai Municipality experience especially in visiting and coordinating with officers in Authorities
· Capable of Authorities Submission in Dubai ( DM – DCD – TRAKHESS – DDA …etc)
· Expert in CAD
· Expert in Architect Software and Microsoft Office.
. +10 Years Experience in UAE with Engineering consultants firms or similar area

License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Required)
Dubai municipality G+4 License (Required)
Dubai Municipality (Required)

Responsibilities:
· Handle Architectural activities
· Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.
· Coordinate with clients and various authorities.
· Attend Site Meeting and Authority Inspections.
· Architectural Drawings and Interior Design
· Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
· Reply to site RFIs for Architectural queries.
· leadership and managing team Member

Start from AED 8,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience )
