Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, convert leads into clients, and achieve sales targets.

Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration information to prospective clients.

Assess client eligibility for different immigration programs (work permits, residency, study visas, etc.).

Advise clients on required documentation, timelines, and fees.

Prepare and review immigration applications with attention to detail.

Conduct face-to-face or virtual consultations and close sales effectively.

Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates.

Keep abreast of global immigration laws, policies, and market trends.

Train and mentor junior consultants on sales techniques and immigration processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and confidentiality standards.
