SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, Plumbing Engineers, software engineers, and project managers
-Analyze and solve complex engineering problems
-perform testing, and assess mechanical system performance to ensure reliability and durability
-Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and other documents related to design, development, and manufacturing.
-Lead design reviews, provide technical guidance, and support decision-making on project approaches.
-Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget, identifying risks and finding ways to mitigate them.
-Closely interact with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and present final solutions.
-Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations to drive continuous improvement in mechanical engineering practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design and development.

Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant software.

Experience with prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to work independently and lead engineering teams.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, material science, and manufacturing processes.

Experience with industry standards, codes, and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support.
